What happened: Denver Broncos cornerback Pat Surtain II and safety Talanoa Hufanga are ruled out for Thursday night's scheduled game against the Seattle Seahawks, per Ian Rapoport on Good Morning Football.

Why it matters: Playing without Surtain at cornerback and Hufanga at safety removes two defensive backs from Denver's secondary against Seattle. The Broncos must adjust their defensive backfield rotations for the matchup.

What to watch: Denver hosts Seattle on Thursday night with the matchup currently scheduled at 0-0.
