What happened: Denver is framing the new season as a fresh journey, emphasizing that prior results guarantee nothing in the year ahead. The club began acclimation work this week before its first open practice.

Why it matters: The reset follows Denver's first playoff win in a decade and a run to within one victory of Super Bowl LX. The Broncos enter camp with Super Bowl expectations after that postseason breakthrough.

By the numbers: Denver finished 14-3, earned the AFC's No. 1 seed, won the divisional round 33-30 in overtime and lost the AFC championship 10-7.

What to watch: The first of Denver's 14 public camp practices is scheduled for July 31.
