What happened: Cleveland Browns picked offensive tackle Spencer Fano from Utah ninth overall in the 2026 NFL Draft. The selection came after trading down from No. 6, confirming Fano as their intended choice. It aligns with their offseason focus on reinforcing the offensive line.

Why it matters: Browns' O-line struggled with pass protection in 2025, allowing high sack totals. Fano adds immediate starter potential, boosting QB safety and run game. Impacts for Browns' win total and playoff chances in a competitive AFC North.
