What happened: Tristan Broz and Oliver Okuliar are no longer designated as Injured Non-Roster and were assigned to the AHL on Saturday. The transaction moves both forwards back into an assignable roster status during the 2026-27 preseason.

Why it matters: Okuliar had been designated injured in a Sept. 25 transaction, making this his first official assignment change since then. Broz joins the same status change, adding another available forward option in the AHL.

What to watch: Watch for the next AHL roster update to show when Broz and Okuliar enter preseason game action.
