“Having the playmakers we have, they make my job easier.” Bryce Young breaks down how he has adapted to the NFL and the Via @ESPNNFL on X

What happened: Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young told the Pat McAfee Show extended tenure in the system has made everything easier. He pointed to the offensive line alongside the playmakers as drivers.

Why it matters: Continuity in the same system is central to Carolina's evaluation of its 2023 No. 1 overall pick. His framing shifts credit to protection and supporting talent rather than individual adjustment.

By the numbers: In 2025 (16 games with Panthers): 304-of-478 for 3,011 yards, 23 TD, 11 INT.

What to watch: Carolina's upcoming weeks will show whether that protection and playmaker support holds.
