What happened: Carolina built a half-roll, boot-away package around Bryce Young out of split-flow action. The design pairs a tight end corner-post with a crosser underneath to stress the second level.

Why it matters: The same post-cross has shown up in Ben Johnson, Kyle Shanahan and Matt LaFleur game plans. Carolina borrowing it signals alignment with the league's most-copied play-action menu.

What to watch: Watch whether Carolina keeps the boot-away post-cross as a weekly staple. Repetition will show if it is a game-plan wrinkle or a core concept.
