What happened: Guard/center Andrew Rupcich and center Jacob Rizy are joining the practice squad, per Mike Vrabel. Andrew Rupcich returns after an Aug. 20 injury settlement, while Rizy returns after a Sept. 17 release.

Why it matters: The additions backfill the interior offensive line. Both spent the offseason with the team, reducing the ramp for elevation to the active roster.

What to watch: Practice participation and elevations will show whether either is available for Thursday.
