⭐️ Paige Bueckers became the fastest player in WNBA history to hit 1,000 pts & 250 asts (52 career games)! 🗳️ Vote Via @DallasWings on X

What happened: Paige Bueckers reached 1,000 career points and 250 career assists in just 52 games, the fastest any player has hit that combined mark in WNBA history. The Dallas guard cleared the threshold this week as her team pushed her All-Star candidacy ahead of the June 27 voting deadline.

Why it matters: The pace underscores how quickly Bueckers has become a centerpiece of Dallas' offense, pairing scoring volume with playmaking that few guards reach this early. The milestone strengthens her case for a 2026 All-Star selection and signals the franchise has a franchise cornerstone to build around.

By the numbers: Bueckers is also tied for the fourth-fastest player to reach 1,000 points in league history, a separate marker reached earlier in the same stretch of games.

What to watch: Watch whether Bueckers earns an All-Star nod when voting closes June 27, and how Dallas leans on her dual scoring-and-passing load over the next slate of games.
