What happened: Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams, New Orleans Saints playmakers Alvin Kamara and Chris Olave, New York Jets first-round rookie Kenyon Sadiq, and Ja'Kobi Lane all cleared pregame check-ins to play Sunday, per Adam Schefter. Pittsburgh Steelers running back Rico Dowdle, who was unlikely to play against the Colts last week, also returns to the game-day lineup after working through team stretch earlier in the day. On the inactive list, Cleveland Browns running back Quinshon Judkins and Indianapolis Colts tight end Tyler Warren are both scratched for their respective Week 6 matchups.

Why it matters: Having Williams available keeps Chicago's starting quarterback on the field against Atlanta, while New Orleans retains both its primary pass-catcher in Olave and veteran backfield option in Kamara. Dowdle's activation gives Pittsburgh an extra backfield piece alongside offensive focal point Jaylen Warren after Dowdle was previously ruled out in late September. Meanwhile, Indianapolis must adjust its tight end rotation without Tyler Warren, and Cleveland goes without Judkins, the 36th overall pick in the 2025 draft.

What to watch: Sunday's slate will show how Pittsburgh divides backfield touches between Jaylen Warren and the returning Dowdle. Cleveland and Indianapolis will rely on depth options at running back and tight end with Judkins and Tyler Warren sidelined.
