"He's doing well." -Coach Campbell on Kerby Joseph https://t.co/6XjFvxzRRp Via @Lions on X

What happened: Detroit head coach Campbell gave the update at Monday's podium session, adding Joseph is in a good headspace. The safety opened camp on active/PUP as knee rehab continues and has stayed there into the regular season.

Why it matters: Detroit's secondary is already reshuffling after losing Avonte Maddox for the season. Joseph's ball production from last season left a gap while Brian Branch has also missed practice time.

What to watch: Watch for Joseph's practice status to change before any return window opens.
