What happened: Mike Evans left San Francisco's Monday night game against Washington and did not return. San Francisco won 23-17 with the game going final.

Why it matters: Playing the rest of the night without Evans tested San Francisco's depth at receiver. Closing out a tight final without him raises the importance of the next official injury update.
