What happened: Canada provided an MVP-caliber performance across an entire playoff series for the Atlanta Dream. The sustained production came after the team lost Gray, forcing Canada to take on a larger offensive role.

Why it matters: The elevated play helped compensate for a depleted roster following the addition of Bonner and the subsequent loss of Gray. The performance provided the exact firepower the team needed to navigate the matchup and advance to the championship round.

What to watch: Atlanta meets the Golden State Valkyries in the best-of-seven WNBA Finals.
