What happened: Carlton Davis III joined teammates in uniform for Tuesday's walkthrough practice. The session marks his first on-field work since being sidelined with a neck injury.

Why it matters: New England played Sunday without two cornerbacks after both were ruled out for the Jets game. Getting Davis back in uniform restores a veteran starter on the perimeter.

What to watch: Later practice participation this week will determine his availability for the next game.
