What happened: Washington ruled out wide receiver Terry McLaurin with a knee injury during live play against San Francisco. The Commanders trail 13-3 with the game in progress.

Why it matters: Losing a wide receiver during play narrows Washington's passing options while trailing. The offense must adjust its rotation for the remainder of the game.

What to watch: Washington continues play and awaits further updates on McLaurin's status.
