What happened: Cameron Carr (oblique) and Adou Thiero (knee) were ruled out for Sunday's 132-123 win at Utah. The update extends absences that kept both wings out of practice last week.

Why it matters: Los Angeles sits 3-0 in the opening week of the 2026-27 regular season. Continued absences thin wing depth behind the group that closed the Utah win.

By the numbers: Lakers: 3-0. Last game: 132-123 win at Utah Jazz, Oct. 25. Carr: Out (oblique). Thiero: Out (knee).

What to watch: The next injury report will clarify whether either wing rejoins practice before the next game.
