Joshua Ezeudu takes over at right tackle for Kansas City.

What happened: Moore exited just before halftime against the Los Angeles Chargers to enter the concussion protocol and was subsequently downgraded to out for the remainder of the game. Backup offensive lineman Joshua Ezeudu stepped in at right tackle with the game in progress and the Kansas City Chiefs holding a 19-6 lead.

Why it matters: Kansas City's tackle depth is already stretched thin with left tackle Josh Simmons recovering from a back injury and fellow tackle Diego Pounds inactive on gameday. Ezeudu, acquired alongside Pounds in preseason trades from the New York Giants, has spent the majority of his professional career on the left side at tackle and guard.

What to watch: Ezeudu will handle right tackle duties for Kansas City while play continues against Los Angeles, and Moore will remain under evaluation in the NFL concussion protocol.
