What happened: Brandon Ingram will not return Sunday against the New Orleans Pelicans, while Isaiah Jackson is sidelined by a groin injury. Baba Miller is in line to serve as the backup center for the LA Clippers.

Why it matters: The absences further test a depleted Clippers rotation as Los Angeles looks to snap a seven-game losing streak. The Clippers sit at 1-7 through eight games in the 2026-27 season entering Sunday's matchup with the 4-5 Pelicans.

By the numbers: Jackson has recorded 8.6 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game in 2026-27 through 8 games. Miller has recorded 2.3 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 0.7 assists per game in 2026-27 through 7 games.

What to watch: The Clippers host the Pelicans on Sunday, with tipoff scheduled for 9:00 PM ET.
