What happened: Collins comes off Week 2 lineups entirely, while Burrow and Flowers remain late-swap decisions until final actives are posted. That keeps one of the weekend's biggest quarterback calls unresolved close to kickoff and leaves another high-usage receiver in limbo.

Why it matters: An out tag on Collins forces an immediate replacement instead of a game-time hedge. Burrow's status stays central after he said he would play through back tightness, while Flowers' doubtful designation adds more volatility to Sunday flex decisions.

What to watch: The next move is the final inactive list, which will decide whether Burrow clears and whether Flowers avoids an inactive designation. Collins' status is settled, so that lineup pivot can be made now.
