What happened: The Indianapolis Colts consider tight end Tyler Warren a game-time decision for their scheduled matchup against the Tennessee Titans after listing him as questionable with a groin injury. Team staff plan to monitor how he feels this morning while the contest remains at 0-0 prior to kickoff.

Why it matters: Pushing a tight end through a groin issue on a Sunday morning evaluation invites a longer absence down the stretch. Protecting Warren for the rest of the schedule matters far more to the Colts offense than forcing him onto the field at less than full strength against Tennessee.
