Morning Report | Daniel Cormier: ‘I don’t think we’ve seen a more impressive’ debut than Salahdine Parnasse at UFC Paris Via @MMAFighting on X

What happened: Parnasse stopped Dan Hooker by KO/TKO in the lightweight main event at Accor Arena. The bout capped a 10-fight card in Paris.

Why it matters: Parnasse has already called Max Holloway his dream fight after the win. Cormier's assessment raises the profile of the matchmaking around Parnasse's second UFC appearance.

By the numbers: Seven of the card's 10 bouts ended by stoppage: five by KO/TKO and two by submission. Parnasse improved to 24-2.

What to watch: The next booking will show whether UFC moves Parnasse straight into another marquee lightweight matchup.
