What happened: The WNBA highlighted Courtney Williams' mid-range shot-making during the GSV-MIN matchup on Prime Video. The clip came from a 2026 WNBA Commissioner’s Cup game, with the league framing her pull-up touch as a featured moment.

Why it matters: Williams' shot creation matters because mid-range offense can stabilize possessions when defenses run shooters off the arc. It also extends a strong recent run for Courtney Williams, who has been a recurring focus in recent Wire Report coverage.

What to watch: Watch whether Williams continues getting clean pull-up looks as Commissioner’s Cup play tightens. Her shot diet will be a useful read on how defenses are handling her rhythm.
