What happened: Dallas added Joey Porter Jr. after his split from Pittsburgh. He has already debuted for Dallas as the staff sorts his role in coverage rotations.

Why it matters: The addition gives Dallas another outside option as it reshapes coverage rotations. His integration will shape how aggressive Dallas can be with further moves before the deadline.

What to watch: The next step is his workload in full-game action and whether Dallas makes another addition before the deadline.
