What happened: Daniel Jones completed a deep pass to rookie wide receiver Deion Burks to move the chains during Sunday's game between Tennessee and Indianapolis. Jones delivered the throw off his first read and settle step as Burks used his speed to create separation downfield.

Why it matters: Connecting on vertical shots with a seventh-round rookie out of Oklahoma gives the passing offense an additional downfield threat. Hitting deep throws off early progressions forces opposing coverages to respect the vertical passing game.

What to watch: Watch whether Jones continues looking for Burks on deep routes as the regular-season matchup unfolds.
