“He’s the coolest and most collected guy that I’ve been around; period.” 🎙️ WR Davante Adams on QB Matthew Stafford’s d Via @RamsNFL on X

What happened: Davante Adams tied his praise of Matthew Stafford to close-game demeanor. The pair connected for an early score on Oct. 12 in the 2026 regular season.

Why it matters: Late-game steadiness decides tight regular-season outcomes. Public backing from a veteran wideout signals locker-room trust in those spots.

What to watch: Further tight finishes in the 2026 regular season will show how that steadiness holds.
