What happened: Milton Williams entered the NFL as Philadelphia's 2021 third-round pick, 73rd overall out of Louisiana Tech. He plays defensive tackle for New England during the 2026 regular season.

Why it matters: Elite interior play controls run fits and frees edge rushers in New England's front. Sustained dominance at defensive tackle drives All-Pro votes and future contract value.

What to watch: New England's upcoming interior matchups offer direct comparison against starting guards and centers. Continued disruption would strengthen his standing among league defensive tackles.
