What happened: Jose Delgado is calling for a step-up fight, naming Steve Gracia or Aaron Pico as potential opponents. The request follows Delgado's third-round submission of Austin Bashi at UFC Fight Night: Du Plessis vs. Usman, improving his record to 12-2-0.

Why it matters: Landing either Gracia or Pico would give Delgado a notable jump in opponent level following his win over Bashi. The callout puts pressure on UFC matchmakers to address the featherweight's next assignment.

By the numbers: Delgado improved to 12-2-0 with the third-round submission finish of Austin Bashi.

What to watch: Watch for the UFC to respond to Delgado's callout and book his next fight against either Gracia or Pico.
