What happened: Justin Wrobleski has forearm inflammation and is going on the injured list, the Dodgers announced. The move sidelines the same Wrobleski who was set for the Dodgers-Cubs opener earlier this month.

Why it matters: Los Angeles loses a rotation arm during a series in which Milwaukee leads 2-1, with the Dodgers still hosting the Brewers in a game that remains scoreless and unplayed. The Dodgers are 73-48 this season, scoring 5.0 runs a game and allowing 3.9, and enter on a one-game losing streak.

By the numbers: Dodgers: 73-48, last five games LWLWW, streak L1, 5.0 runs scored/3.9 allowed per game. Brewers: 74-46, last five WLWLL, streak W1, 4.8 runs scored/3.8 allowed per game.

What to watch: Los Angeles must fill Wrobleski's rotation spot as the Dodgers-Brewers series continues, with Milwaukee still ahead 2-1.
