What happened: New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye has maintained his offensive rhythm over recent weeks even as the Chicago Bears took the 30-24 final.

Why it matters: Sustaining steady quarterback execution gives New England a firmer offensive floor in close regular-season games after an earlier game-ending interception cut off a comeback bid.

What to watch: Maye and the Patriots move on to their next regular-season outing aiming to turn steady quarterback play into a victory.
