What happened: UFC awarded contracts to four Dana White's Contender Series Week 6 winners after the card at the Apex. Luis Hernandez submitted Hugo Guillon at 1:01 of Round 2, and the event also produced three first-round KO/TKO wins.

Why it matters: The move pushes four Week 6 winners from the Contender Series pipeline onto the UFC roster. For Hernandez, it turns an unbeaten DWCS showing into a direct step toward his first matchup under the promotion banner.

By the numbers: Week 6 featured three first-round KO/TKO results, including finishes in 19 seconds, 45 seconds and 1:38. Hernandez improved to 8-0 with a second-round submission victory.

What to watch: Watch for official roster updates and the first UFC bookings for the new signees. Hernandez's next assignment will show how quickly the promotion wants to move him.
