What happened: Dylan Harper strung together an unanswered scoring run at the start of the second half during Saturday's NBA preseason action. The outburst extends his steady early-camp offensive rhythm ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.

Why it matters: The franchise recently exercised its team option on the young guard, locking in his contract status as the rotation takes shape. Sustained third-quarter shot creation against live preseason defenses reinforces his case for primary ball-handling minutes.

What to watch: Preseason evaluations continue through the final exhibition slate before opening-night rosters lock.
