What happened: Philadelphia elevated both tight ends for Sunday's game against Los Angeles. Ertz was also elevated Sept. 28, and Deguara joined the Eagles on Sept. 15.

Why it matters: The move gives the Eagles extra tight end depth against the Rams and keeps Ertz in the game-day mix as his return to Philadelphia continues. It also puts Deguara in position for his first game-day role with the club since signing last month.

What to watch: Philadelphia will set its inactive list before kickoff Sunday. That decision will show whether one or both elevations turn into offensive snaps against the Rams.
