What happened: Zach Ertz needs 11 receptions to pass Harold Carmichael's 589 catches for the Eagles' franchise lead. The three-time Pro Bowl tight end returned to Philadelphia after playing for the club from 2013-21.

Why it matters: Passing Carmichael would make a tight end the franchise's all-time catch leader. The chase gives Ertz's second stint an immediate historical benchmark during the 2026 regular season.
