What happened: NFL film analyst Ben Fennell posted that there are "plenty of 2027 clips out there for the sickos," steering followers toward early scouting footage of the 2027 NFL Draft class. The note accompanied a thread breaking down interior defensive line prospects, including a leaderboard of college pass-rush production.

Why it matters: With the NFL in its 2026 offseason, the scouting community is already turning toward the 2027 class. Early film study like this seeds the prospect narratives and board rankings that build over the coming year.

What to watch: Watch for 2027 draft boards and prospect buzz to grow through the 2026 college football season.
