What happened: Washington listed AJ Dybantsa as available for Wednesday's road game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, with tipoff scheduled for 7:00 PM ET on NBA League Pass. It marks the first NBA regular-season appearance for the rookie forward after he missed the season opener.

Why it matters: Selected out of BYU atop the June draft, Dybantsa enters the rotation as the centerpiece of Washington's rebuild. His arrival gives the Wizards their primary frontcourt focal point after opening the regular season shorthanded.

What to watch: How Washington integrates Dybantsa into the lineup and manages his workload on the recovered ankle will be the immediate focus against Cleveland.
