What happened: Franz Wagner tallied 30 points, 11 assists and six rebounds against Golden State. The performance marked his second consecutive game with double-digit assists.

Why it matters: Wagner's playmaking continues to expand during the 2026-27 regular season as he assumes primary ball-handling duties. His distribution surge follows an opening stretch in which he ranked third in the NBA in assists per game.

What to watch: Wagner looks to maintain his elevated passing volume as the regular-season schedule continues.
