What happened: Álvaro Arbeloa is in advanced talks to become the new head coach of Fulham following Marco Silva's departure. Meanwhile, AC Milan's managerial search has narrowed to Rúben Amorim and Matthias Jaissle.

Why it matters: Arbeloa's impending arrival at Craven Cottage continues a cascading managerial carousel across Europe. In Italy, Milan has shifted its focus away from Oliver Glasner in favor of Amorim, who reportedly has the strong backing of senior advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

What to watch: Fulham is expected to finalize Arbeloa's contract in the coming days to begin preseason preparations, while Milan must decide if they are willing to meet Jaissle's buyout clause should talks with Amorim stall.
