What happened: Kirby Smart said Tuesday medical staff found no concussion symptoms after Stockton landed headfirst on Georgia's opening snap. The SEC booth observer ordered a medical stop that held Stockton out three plays while Ryan Puglisi moved Georgia from its 30 to the Auburn 15.

Why it matters: Stockton finished 22-of-34 for 272 yards and two touchdowns with his first two-interception game plus a late fumble in the 27-24 upset to Auburn. The defeat dropped then-No. 1 Georgia to No. 4 heading into its open date. Smart said a shoulder stinger Stockton has managed before can affect throws and players bounce back from them quickly.

By the numbers: Stockton: 22/34, 272 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT, late fumble; 8/11 for 74 yards and TD plus 20-yard run on tying drive. Puglisi: 3 plays, Georgia 30 to Auburn 15. Final: Auburn 27, Georgia 24; Georgia No. 1 to No. 4.

What to watch: Georgia is off this week before facing Florida on Oct. 31 in Atlanta.
