What happened: Wednesday marked Atlanta's first full-team practice of camp, while Detroit opened work in Allen Park. Bijan Robinson and Jahmyr Gibbs each had offseason conversations about a potential long-term contract.

Why it matters: The 2023 first-round picks are eligible for extensions after three NFL seasons. Both clubs exercised their fifth-year options for 2027.

By the numbers: Through three seasons, Robinson has 5,648 scrimmage yards and 34 touchdowns; Gibbs has 5,029 yards and 49 touchdowns.

What to watch: Their next practices will show whether the absences extend beyond one day. Contract agreements remain the other marker to watch.
