What happened: Patrick Bailey chopped an infield single to open the bottom of the fifth. Petey Halpin drove a two-run home run to the seats in right with no outs.

Why it matters: The lead change came in an ALDS matchup against Tampa Bay with an ALCS berth at stake. Moving back in front in the fifth inning changes bullpen matchups for the late innings.

What to watch: Cleveland will try to protect the one-run lead through the middle innings.
