What happened: Lewis Hamilton finished third at the 2026 British Grand Prix after starting third. His mother has attended four races this season, with Hamilton placing fourth or better in each.

Why it matters: The Silverstone podium extends a consistent run at races attended by his mother. It also follows Hamilton's first Ferrari victory earlier in the season.

By the numbers: Hamilton's finishes at the four races were P4 in Australia, P3 in China, P2 in Canada and P3 in Britain. His average finish across those events is 3.0.

What to watch: Hamilton's next race will show whether his recent podium form carries beyond Silverstone.
