What happened: McLaren will bring MCL40 upgrades to this weekend's Sao Paulo Grand Prix. Norris described the car's handling as "horrible" ahead of their arrival.

Why it matters: In June, Norris said McLaren were "three months behind" in the development fight. The Brazil package gives the team another chance to address his handling concerns.

By the numbers: Norris won in Hungary and Zandvoort after McLaren's last major update.

What to watch: Practice and qualifying in Sao Paulo will offer the first measure of the new parts.
