"[Jesse Minter] encourages us to go out there and let it rip at practice." —Kyle Hamilton on how Jesse Minter has broug Via @ESPNNFL on X

What happened: Baltimore Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton said Jesse Minter encourages players to let it rip in practice. Hamilton framed it as a different approach under the first-year head coach.

Why it matters: The remark offers an early window into Minter's program during his first regular season in charge. Hamilton's role is central after he played all 16 games last season and led from the secondary.

By the numbers: Hamilton recorded 105 tackles and 1 sack in 16 games in 2025. Baltimore drafted him 14th overall in 2022 out of Notre Dame.

What to watch: Whether that aggressive practice tempo shows up in execution will be tested in upcoming regular-season games.
