What happened: The Atlanta Hawks highlighted their 2026 NBA Draft class, headlined by guard Kingston Flemings, forward Zuby Ejiofor and Henri Veesaar. Flemings came off the board at No. 8 and Ejiofor at No. 23 to anchor Atlanta's incoming group.

Why it matters: The class adds youth and depth as Atlanta builds toward the 2026-27 season. How quickly Flemings and Ejiofor adjust will shape the Hawks' rotation and their margin in a competitive Eastern Conference.

What to watch: Watch for the trio's roles at Summer League and training camp, where Atlanta will sort out how the rookies fit into the backcourt and frontcourt mix.
