What happened: The Miami Heat signed center Kylor Kelley and guard Gabe Madsen while waiving J’Vonne Hadley and Lester Quiñones. In a subsequent move, Miami signed and waived Dennis Smith Jr.

Why it matters: These transactions shuffle Miami's training camp roster as the team manages its Exhibit 10 contracts ahead of the 2026-27 season. Quiñones originally joined the Heat on September 29.

What to watch: Miami continues to evaluate its remaining camp invitees ahead of the regular season.
