What happened: Operating as an outside gunner during Sunday's regular-season broadcast on FOX, Jahdae Walker tracked down a punt to pin the Falcons at their own 2-yard line. The field-position play added to an active special teams outing after the Chicago Bears recovered a muffed punt against Atlanta.

Why it matters: In his second NFL season out of Texas A&M as of Sept. 29, 2026, Walker secures his gameday roster spot through special teams execution while competing for wide receiver snaps. Backing an opposing offense up to its 2-yard line compresses the playbook and protects defensive field position.

By the numbers: Walker pinned Atlanta at the 2-yard line on Sunday; per ESPN (as of Sept. 29, 2026), the second-year wideout recorded 6 receptions for 87 yards and 2 touchdowns across 9 games with Chicago in 2025.

What to watch: Chicago and Atlanta continue their Sunday regular-season matchup on FOX as Walker looks to parlay his special teams snaps into offensive targets.
