In 27 years of covering the Ravens, I’m not sure I’ve seen a rookie have a training camp quite like wide receiver Ja’Kob

What happened: The rookie receiver has produced a highlight-making catch each day of training camp. His run was described as unmatched across 27 years of Ravens coverage.

Why it matters: Lane's repeated production strengthens his case for a role in Baltimore's passing game. The upcoming preseason will provide a firmer test against live competition.

By the numbers: Baltimore selected Lane in the third round with the No. The 6-foot-4 receiver measured a 40-inch vertical leap before the draft.

What to watch: Watch Lane's preseason usage and whether his daily camp production translates to games.
