What happened: Jalen Wilson joined DFS for a shooting session during Atlanta's preseason practices. Wilson signed a two-way contract with Atlanta in July and is working in camp ahead of the 2026-27 season.

Why it matters: Shooting consistency will shape Wilson's case for wing minutes on a two-way deal. Atlanta's staff gets an early preseason read on his fit within the rotation.

What to watch: Preseason games will show where Wilson slots in Atlanta's wing rotation.
