What happened: Kansas product Jalon Daniels completed his first career NFL touchdown pass during Sunday's matchup. The undrafted rookie recorded the milestone while serving as the starting quarterback.

Why it matters: Daniels was elevated to the starting lineup following a dislocated thumb suffered by Baker Mayfield. His ability to execute in the red zone provides an important evaluation point for the offense during Mayfield's absence.

What to watch: The coaching staff will continue to assess Daniels' command of the system as he handles primary quarterback duties.
