What happened: Jo Adell drove in five runs by the second inning of Wednesday's game. The outfielder later added a 455-foot home run to reach six RBIs on the day.

Why it matters: The offensive output underscores Adell's value following his acquisition at the trade deadline. Cleveland general manager Mike Chernoff framed the addition of Adell as a roster-improvement push after the outfielder surfaced as a trade target.

What to watch: Cleveland will continue to lean on Adell's run production as the club navigates the stretch run of the regular season.
