What happened: Sports Illustrated published an assessment of the completed trade that moved Jo Adell between the Los Angeles Angels and the Cleveland Guardians, framing the deal as mutually beneficial for both clubs.

Why it matters: After Yahoo MLB floated Jo Adell as a Guardians trade target in July, the completed move placed him directly into Cleveland's postseason plans, including batting fourth at designated hitter in the ALCS Game 4 lineup.

What to watch: Adell and the Guardians continue their postseason run as their current series remains tied 1-1.
